2. Ownership and Restrictions

Scribular is licensed—not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to source code, documentation, branding, and design, remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the Application or any part of it
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code
  • Create derivative works based on the Application
  • Use the Application to develop competing products or services
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

3. No Data Collection or Storage

The Application processes all data locally and does not store, transmit, or collect any user-generated session content. A periodic signal is sent to verify your subscription status, and your email is only used for billing support. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Updates

You may receive updates that add, change, or remove features. You agree that the Service Provider is not obligated to provide any specific features or updates and may discontinue the Application at any time.

5. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all copies from your device.

6. No Warranty

Scribular is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or performance and disclaims all liability for any damages or losses resulting from your use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Application.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement

This EULA, along with the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider regarding the Application.
